Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Referral reward is only issued after the referred company pays their second invoice (generally two months after their first plan year starts).
Referred companies must not share common ownership or control with the referring party.
The referred company must be new to Empower (not a current or former client within the past 24 months).
Empower reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline referrals at our discretion.
No limit to the number of referrals you can make—rewards are issued per qualifying referral.
Rewards will be delivered within 30 days of eligibility confirmation.
Self-referrals are not eligible.
Referral form must be submitted before the referred company’s first contact with Empower.
This program is for current employer clients only, not for brokers, individuals or third-party marketers.
