Automated Data Integration
EMPOWER offers automated data integration with select Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Payroll system vendors. Automation creates an automatic, seamless integration between your system and EMPOWER’s.

Fast, Next Day Claims Payment
- Clean claims are reviewed and paid the next business morning (compared with the industry average of 3-7 days)
- In the event of a claim denial, EMPOWER personally contacts the participant
- There is only a $1 reimbursement threshold for paper checks ($25 check minimum is the industry average)
Easy Claims Verification
EMPOWER knows that receipt verification is time-consuming for participants. EMPOWER makes it easier!
- EMPOWER’s Visa Debit Card uses the Inventory Approval System (IIAS) to auto-substantiate eligible purchases from IIAS merchants
- Participants can easily upload pictures of receipts using the Online Portal or Mobile App
- Automatic copay analysis to auto-substantiate copays
EMPOWER Visa Debit Card
EMPOWER provides two free Visa Debit Cards to each participant for eligible plans. These cards can be used by participants and their families to access funds without submitting reimbursement claims.
