Welcome to Your Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
Start Making the Most of Your New Benefit!
A Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) is a special account that your Employer provides to help you pay for expenses not covered by your insurance.
Typically, an HRA helps the employee pay for deductible expenses, however, it may also provide reimbursement for general medical expenses such as medical, vision or dental visits and expenses and/or prescription drugs. Please follow the instructions below to download the HRA Plan Fact Sheet that details the specifics of your HRA.

How A Typical HRA Works
The HRA participant obtains eligible health services.
The participant files a claim to EMPOWER together with the insurer’s Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or Benefits Summary Sheet with EMPOWER.
EMPOWER reimburses the participant according to Plan guidelines.
