EMPOWERConnect offers the following benefits:
- Employees can electronically enroll in their EMPOWER Benefits along with their Group Health Plan and enrollments are automatically transmitted to EMPOWER. Changes in Demographics in your HR or Payroll system automatically update in EMPOWER.
- HSA Contributions from Payroll are automatically posted to your employees’ HSA accounts.
EMPOWERConnect uses the industry-standard CDEX protocol, so your HRIS or Payroll vendor can likely integrate with EMPOWER. The following vendors already use EMPOWERConnect. EMPOWER is constantly adding new vendors.
