HSA Open Enrollment Email Campaign

Be a Company ROCK STAR by increasing your Company’s HSA enrollment! The following suggested open enrollment email campaign is a great tool to help you encourage employees to start a Health Savings Account (HSA).

HOW?

Modify and send these emails to employees (one email per week) starting 3 to 4 weeks prior to Open Enrollment.

Before sending each email to your employees:

Review each email to make sure you are familiar with the content.

Modify the emails to include specific details about your Plan (see areas in red).

Include additional information about your company, including your corporate logo, if desired.

to your employees. Send one email each week starting 3-4 weeks prior to open enrollment. Remove or

Your HSA account is yours, and it goes with you even if you change jobs or retire. Review this HSA handout to
see how you can benefit from an HSA. Also, if you, your spouse or one of your dependents needs braces, the
